Just 15 minutes from the center of Alhaurín el Grande is this wonderful multiple accommodation. Finca Huerta Rica, offers you the option of staying in one of the 5 apartments / studios available in the Sierra de Mijas.
You will enjoy a large plot with common areas where tranquility and silence reign in the environment. You can walk and meditate surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility. Finished its work in mid-2019, Finca Huerta Rica offers you more than 6,000 square meters where access is simple and easy, without unpaved roads and with ample parking where your vehicle will be safe.
The common areas are made up of a swimming pool, barbecue area and bar area where you can play board games or throw some darts. There are also walking areas throughout the land of the farm, and a garden area for meditation where you can enjoy a sunset feeling nature with its tranquility and wisdom.
The rectangular-shaped pool is equipped with hammocks for all the travelers who are staying. At night it lights up and you can take a pleasant bath on the hottest nights. For the maintenance of the swimming pool, gardens and plants, there is an operator who will carry out these tasks without causing you any trouble. He will also be able to ask you for help in any matter related to the accommodation.
In case there are more travelers than the capacity of one of the apartments, they can combine the available accommodations as best suits them. The apartments / studios are Bambú, Paraíso, Palmeral, Sabana and Ciprés. You will be able to see the individual characteristics of each accommodation in their respective advertisements.
All accommodations are equipped with full kitchens, air conditioning, windows and modern closures so that your rest is 100% guaranteed.
Finca Huerta Rica Ciprés Apartment is an apartment for 4 people (3rd and 4th travelers have a supplement) with a magnificent porch at the entrance where you can have lunch or read a good book in peace. This porch allows you to enter the accommodation with which we find the spacious living room. Equipped with a modern and comfortable sofa bed, you can enjoy the wonderful television and watch your favorite series. So you can also relax reading a book or listening to music.
The main room located at the top (up a small staircase) also has direct access to the outside through its large window. This room equipped with insulating windows will give you a unique rest in a high-quality double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathroom is complete with a shower tray.
Within the common areas you have at your disposal a laundry room.
THE FIREPLACES IN THE EVENT THAT THE ACCOMMODATION HAS THEM, ARE NOT ENABLED FOR USE. THEY ARE ONLY FOR DECORATION
Animals are not permitted.
