This ideal apartment for families is located in the centre of La Cala de Mijas, on a quiet pedestrian street, perfect for enjoying the beach and the vibrant social life of the municipality. Although it does not have a parking space, you can briefly park to unload luggage and then look for parking in the surrounding area 🚗.
The environment is wonderful and complete: supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, gyms, schools, bus stops and even a health centre just 300 metres away. Everything necessary for comfortable and worry-free holidays.
The apartment is located on a first floor (mezzanine type) without a lift, within a building with only three apartments and two studios. Its access requires climbing a few steps, facilitating arrival with luggage.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious area with a balcony, living-dining room and an American kitchen with industrial design and stainless steel furniture. A comfortable Italian sofa invites you to relax and enjoy television with free WIFI connection. The ambient lighting is adjustable, ideal for creating the perfect atmosphere at all times 🌅📺.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and windows with double glazing, which guarantees optimal acoustic and thermal insulation, making your stay more comfortable and efficient.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, in addition to all the crockery and utensils to prepare delicious meals🍳🍴. If you need anything, the food shops are just next door.
