You will find the beach just 20 metres from the entrance of the apartment, specifically Playa de Carvajal. This beach is connected to the entire promenade of Fuengirola, where you will find a wide range of gastronomic, leisure and food shops.
Please note that in order to stay in this property a deposit must be paid before the keys are handed over.
The deposit will be released or refunded after your stay.
It is also a very comfortable accommodation if you are travelling without a car, the local train station and local and provincial buses are very close by. And if you travel by car you won't have any parking problems, as a numbered parking space is included in the price.
The flat is located within a community, where you will have more neighbours and common areas such as a small semicircular swimming pool. Always remember to respect the rules of the community and the neighbours' rest.
Situated on the fifth floor and thanks to the good quality windows and blinds you will be isolated from the noise of the street. It will have two bedrooms, kitchen and living-dining room.
You will enjoy a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you will be able to watch the sea and enjoy beautiful hours of sun or rest.
The living-dining room has direct access to the terrace, you will have a comfortable sofa and furniture to have lunch with the family. There is also a television and thanks to the internet connection you will be able to enjoy your favourite series or films.
