Su objetivo era ordenar la recogida e intercambio de datos de alojamientos anunciados en plataformas online, en aplicaci\u00f3n del Reglamento Europeo 2024\/1028.<\/p><p data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"2057\">En la pr\u00e1ctica, este sistema a\u00f1ad\u00eda un nuevo tr\u00e1mite estatal a propietarios que, en muchos casos, ya ten\u00edan su vivienda registrada ante la administraci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica auton\u00f3mica correspondiente.<\/p><p data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2132\">Esto generaba una situaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil de entender para muchos propietarios:<\/p><p data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2363\"><strong>Un mismo alojamiento pod\u00eda estar correctamente inscrito en turismo, cumplir con sus obligaciones de viajeros, estar dado de alta en plataformas y, aun as\u00ed, tener que pasar por un nuevo procedimiento estatal para poder anunciarse.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-660391d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"660391d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a926e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a926e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 ha dicho el Tribunal Supremo?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a21cd00 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a21cd00\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-638d367 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"638d367\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Tribunal Supremo ha declarado la nulidad del Registro \u00danico de arrendamientos de corta duraci\u00f3n porque considera que el Estado no ten\u00eda competencia para crearlo en los t\u00e9rminos previstos. La sentencia se\u00f1ala que este registro se superpon\u00eda a los registros ya existentes en las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, que son quienes tienen competencias en materia tur\u00edstica.<\/p><p data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2928\"><strong>Dicho de forma clara: el alquiler tur\u00edstico debe regularse, pero cada administraci\u00f3n debe actuar dentro de sus competencias.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"3152\">La sentencia no significa que el sector quede sin control.
