This is a new information obligation, not a new registry nor a new license.<\/p><p data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"702\">Basically, it establishes that holders of an <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"452\">NRUA number<\/strong> must submit, once a year, a form with the stays carried out in their property during the previous year. Therefore, the stays made during the entire year 2025 are declared, and it will become an annual obligation during the month of February with the previous year\u2019s data in the coming years.<\/p><p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1880\">Even if the property has not had any reservations, the form must still be submitted, marking the option \u201cwithout activity.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2025-27116\"><strong>Here is the link to the Official State Gazette (BOE)<\/strong><\/a> that includes the documents to be submitted at the end of the page.<\/p><p><strong>What data is requested in this document<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2058\">This is an informative document; it does not include personal data of the guests nor economic data.
