This includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1264\">\n \t<li data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1209\">\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1209\"><strong data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1209\">Holiday Homes (VUT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1264\">\n<p data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1264\"><strong data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1264\">Rural Tourist Accommodation Homes (VTAR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1533\">Starting from <strong data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1301\">July 1, 2025<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1352\">all properties must be registered<\/strong> in this registry to be listed on platforms such as <strong data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1422\">Airbnb<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1435\">Booking<\/strong>, or other online channels.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1736\">\ud83d\udccc Important: This new registry <strong data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1586\">does not replace<\/strong> the Andalusian Tourism Registry, but rather <strong data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1651\">complements<\/strong> it.
